It includes Villa Paramonas, which is a large, beautiful, modern villa located directly on the Ionian seashore at Paramonas beach with a private 85 square meter, a swimming pool for your relaxation and a 6 – 7 person Jacuzzi to make you relax even better. The location of the Villa is very convenient to both downtown Corfu and the airport. The area is beautiful, with the beaches of Prasoudi, Kanouli and Skidi in the neighnourhood. Lake Korison is nearby, an amazing nature resort with all kind of birds, plants and wildlife.

The Villa is designed with space, light, luxury and privacy, dominated by sea view and surrounded by olive groves. Large comfortable bedrooms with sea side balconies and a large Jacuzzi in the main bedroom. The palatial living area is equiped with all kinds of luxury and can accommodates all the guests. Air Conditioned throughout with individual room thermostats to meet each occupant’s personal comfort level in the heat of the Corfu summer.
Villa Paramonas is a large (230 square meter) single-family holiday villa with two levels located close to the sea with a private swimming pool and an attached garage. It is not part of a townhouse, condominium or apartment complex nor does it share a common wall with another house. The villa is totally detached.

Family accommodation

The two levels consists of a penthouse bedroom level, the bedroom level with three bedrooms, one master bedroom with an open Jacuzzi and direct sea view plus an extra toilet and shower. Furthermore one second master double bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom with toilet and Jacuzzi. Finally one single bedrooms with balcony and sea view. On the first level there is a single double bedroom, toilet/bathroom, kitchen area, dining-room, open living room, office corner and a veranda with sea view.
For your communication services we offer a telephone line (local calls only) and free internet access via Lan or Wi-Fi access since all villa’s area is covered by wi-fi access.Our villa is also equipped with a satellite TV set, a Playstation (although you don't need it), and a BBQ corner. All of our verandas have fully seaview.

Much privacy

Nearby is a separate fully luxury new suite which we called the “Honeymoon Suite”. This special room is equipped with double king size bed, an open Jacuzzi, private bathroom, satellite TV, a home cinema set, air conditition unit and a large private veranda. The house is nested in a hillside and each level except the penthouse bedroom has direct ground level access. We only rent to one group at a time. So privacy is quarantied. Villa Paramonas is able to host up to 10 persons in 5 separate bedrooms with 5 WC/Baths, 1 single WC and 2 WC/Showers
