In the middle of Corfu, in both length and width, is the village of Agios Ioannis. The waterinstallation is connected to an osmosis device which provides drinking Water from the tap. Now that's what we call a luxury in Corfu! The ice machine in the modern fridge / freezer is connected to this device too. Water heating uses solar panels.
On the ground floor there are two large bedrooms, both with double bed and one even with an extra bed. There's a beautiful bathroom with electric shower, toilet and sink. Under the stairs to the first floor is a fitted cupboard.
On the top floor is a large living room situated, with plenty of natural light and a cozy fireplace. On this floor there is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and plenty of space. In addition a (single) small bedroom or very large storage closet. Across this room you will find the showpiece of the home: a very spacious and beautiful bathroom with corner bath and lots of mood lighting. Especially if you plan to stay over during winter days in Corfu this will be the room where you - alone or in company - will spend a lot of time.

Nice living on Corfu

What can we say more about this beautifully decorated home? The living room and two of the four bedrooms has air-conditioning, while all double rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan. At the front of the house is a large secluded garden with lots of greenery and privacy. It would be no Greek garden if there would not be a huge brick barbeque with electric rotiserie, completed with a gas flat plate for grilling. On this side are also the storage of fuel, water installation, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition to the garden there is private space to park three cars. Behind the house is a secluded back patio for sunbathing. This will do your tan good!
The top floor has a spacious veranda, overlooking Afra, the neighboring municipality of Agios Ioannis. Much of the current device is included in the sale.
